    Premier Blanc Red Star Active Freeze-Dried Wine Yeast.
    This strain of yeast is now called 'Premier Blanc' and used to be called Pasteu.r Champagne. This is still the exact same yeast with a different name.
    This strain has a high alcohol tolerance and is good for re-starting stuck fermentation.  Also used in producing soda pops for bottle conditioning. THIS IS FOR 1 PACK ONLY FAST SHIPPING FAST SHIPPING .Neutral flavor that is perfect for dry wines. Strain Saccharomyces Bayanus is a strong strain with a very high alcohol tolerance (>16% vol.). Used to avoid sluggish fermentation and to restart stuck ones with remaining residual sugars. Recommended for sparkling wines processed by traditional or Charmat methods.
