Offering National Semiconductor 1489 ICs.  Brand new, not pulls.  Legs are straight and shiny.  Part number 831 24707044.
These were made on order by National for Burroughs.  They have a Burroughs part number (24707044).  Please see the second picture which refences them as a 1489.
1489:
an RS232 line receiver chip for RS232 serial communications, a quad line receiver (data com).
Cheapest price on ebay (at time of listing).  Why pay more for the exact same thing.? Well, they may not be the same.  Other listings might be pulls or used.  These are brand new ICs.  Cheap shipping too!
