The NEW torsion BARS are NOT installed. The new bars are included but you need to install them because the mechanic is behind schedule. The doors open and close beautifully. The passenger and driver A Pillar and B Pillar are in perfect condition with very little rust. The rocker panels are solid with some rust flakes. The rear quarter panels and fenders have more rust as seen on the pictures. The engine is not frozen, and it spins. No accident or repair, just one owner and she grew old and afraid to drive.
