Acid Blend -PLEASE NOTE: Each pack is re-packaged individually in its own sealed plastic bag from bulk.
A blend of Malic, Citric and Tartaric acid used to adjust acidity in home brewing. One teaspoon per gallon raises acidity by 0.1%
