Description

Bolivia Scott 14, used. A scarce stamp, rarely offered in any condition. This one is expertly repaired in the UR corner, where a significant tear likely existed, but only really visible on front when under magnification. Cancel is a bit heavy, but centering not bad for the issue. Priced accordingly, and a chance to fill a difficult space, one of the keys to the country, with a stamp which appears better than a typical space filler. See scans. As shown; as is. Shipping will be made by method and for the cost shown in the listing (typically by USPS First Class Mail or USPS International First Class Mail) with the following exceptions: Buy it Now items that sell for more than 0 will be shipped within the United States with tracking and insurance for a shipping charge of .45.
