Very good overall condition.  This looks as though it was rarely played - only a few mild blemishes, no bite marks,
and the black lettering is still much intact.
Tip measures .0855 on my gauge.
Tip and rails are in very good condition, however there is a minuscule nick in the left corner of the tip.  (Leaving this as is for the new owner to decide about cleaning it up.)
As is ubiquitous with Brilharts, there is a very fine crack line on the shank edge (see photos) but this is really only on the edge and is not visible on the outside of the shank and does not run into the bore.
(No ligature.)
