This is a brand new 3' X 5' HEAVY DUTY cotton flag with a sleeve header and ties. No grommets..
This quality flag has sewn and embroidered details. There are 4 rows of stitching on the "fly" end and it has a good header. This is heavy duty cotton flag. Cotton flags are recommended for outdoor use on dry days and indoor use.
Cotton flags are NOT recommended for display in damp or wet conditions.
