Here is a used Dynabelter 76 BHD, #119.  Made by Dynabrade in the USA.  This Pneumatic Air Tool Grinder Sander weighs about 9#'s.
I put some air oil in it and air,  It ran fine without any sanding paper on it.  On the front end there appears to be a nut missing on the threaded shaft as shown.
