1997 TREE HOUSE & SANDBOX/WATER TABLE, PINK GATE & WHITE FENCE
1993 BACKYARD SWING (hangs on treehouse as well) & TEETER TOTTER
3 FIGURES -Mattel Loving Family MOM & DAD & Playskool BABY GIRL
EXTRAS - Adorable TURTLE FLOAT, 2 FANCY COCKTAILS, SPATULA, STEAK, BURGER & CORN for the                             GRILL, PAIL, SHOWEL, RACK, WATERING CAN & SAND SIFTER for sandbox.
Most everything is in great shape.
Only the umbrella & grill insert/grate were missing - I replaced the  grate & it fits nicely.
Teeter Totter missing handle bars.
Everything else is nice.
