Playkids SH-29 Tire Swivel Hanger

I purchased this tire swivel hanger from Playkids but it turns out the tire swing I purchased already came with a tire swivel hanger and so I don't need this item after all.
In order to add more pictures I took the item out of the packaging just long enough for me to take additional pics. Otherwise the item still remains brand new in the same state I received it in directly from Playkids.
