Rare and sooo cute, Loving Family Special Edition Townhouse, as pictured.  In overall great, clean, preowned and working condition.  There are several doors and cupboards that can be opened and closed, as well as working lights and sounds (see pictures showing the working lights just taken today 7/11/21).  Piano plays sounds and music as well. Please review pictures carefully and zoom in for details, what you see is exactly what will be shipped.  Purchase includes many of the original accessories as well as other special edition pieces.
It's a doll house like you've never seen before, with beautiful Victorian styling, plus electronic lights and sounds! The spacious interior is full of furniture, charming details and special features including a fireplace that "crackles"; phone that rings; roll-top desk with a computer screen that "glows"; light-up fridge, stove and overhead light and much more. And when little girls open the terrace doors, they'll hear "birds" singing in the garden! Requires 3 "D" alkaline batteries (not included).
Some minor imperfections: When we originally purchased this item the lights and sounds did not work as the previous owner had apparently left in batteries at some point, I cleaned this area as best I could and everything worked again including sounds (just want to give the best description of what you are purchasing)  There is a split/crack in the outside deck railing (see last picture), doesn't really impact anything.  The little bed is missing one of the decorative posts.  I was never able to get the light and sounds on the pool to work, there is not any corrosion that I could see, I am guessing that because you can use real water with this some got where it shouldn't???  Still fun to play with.  I don't see any missing or ripped stickers although you can see that some of them may be a little loose in areas, nothing terrible.
The deck will be removed for shipping so I can use a little smaller box (the 2 screws will be included to reattach).
This is by far the coolest Loving Family dollhouse we have owned and my daughter has 3 others.  From a smoke free home and family.
Shipping via either USPS, FedEx, or UPS per buyer's selection, the box is big and heavy.
