VOLUPTE Portmanteau 1940/50s Purse Powder Compact Lipstick Money Cigarettes

From a local estate, VOLUPTE Portmanteau 1940/50s purse/compact. Measures 4-3/4" tall by 6" across the base by 1" thick. Nice art deco design with rhinestones on the "belt buckle". Rhinestone set in the top clasp. Some scratches on the back. Inside is a mirror which comes down to reveal a place for cigarettes(?) and matches. Mirror is in excellent condition.Or Money. Compact for powder and a puff. The compact has been used. It closes tightly. The latch gets pushed back to open it.
Residue of some powder. I will try to get the rest of it out. Grosgrain envelope. Lipstick tube that has not been used. There is some discoloration inside near the lipstick tube and under it. Weighs a bit under 1 pound. Please look at the pictures as they are an important part of the description.
