Bolivia Mint Hinged
set of nine values commemorating the Guaqui-La Paz railroad were printed in 1915 but never issued, plus
unissued stamps printed in 1944 to Commemorate the Centenary of the department of Beni Anniversary. They appeared in 1966 overprinted to celebrate certain anniversaries including the 25th year of the government.
